A Toddler Is In Life-Threatnening Conditions After Car Cash On Monday

A toddler was injured after a three vehicle crash Monday at 9^th avenue and Loop 335.

DPS officials say one vehicle was westbound on 9th Avenue and failed to yield the right of way to a vehicle traveling northbound on Loop 335, causing the vehicles to collide.

A toddler was ejected from one of the vehicles and suffered life-threatening injuries.

During the investigation, it was determined that the car seat was improperly secured.

A third vehicle was damaged due to debris.
