ACS Looking For 31-year-old Kelsey Lane Chapman

Amarillo Crime Stoppers is looking for a wanted person.

31-year-old Kelsey Lane Chapman is wanted out of Randall Country for Possession of a Controlled Substance less than 1 Gram, Failure to Identify, Intentionally Giving False Info and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.

Chapman is 5 foot 10, 85 pounds with auburn hair and brown eyes.
