Amarillo City Council-Council Agenda

The Amarillo City Council will discuss at its regular meeting, on Tuesday at 3 p.m., which is expected to include discussions on potential tax credits for childcare facilities, updates on construction projects, and the “Vision 2045” city plan.

The council agenda will discuss items such as current facilities construction projects, upcoming Amarillo Economic Development Corporation projects, and multiple outside boards and commissions.      

Consent items listed in the meeting’s agenda included the second reading of an ordinance adopting the Vision 2045 plan.

Consent items on the agenda also included multiple possible approvals of airport-related purchases and projects, an emergency shut-off valve and alarm for the Hollywood Wastewater Treatment Plant, repairs and equipment related to water treatment and lake pump stations, and firefighter protective equipment, among others
