Amarillo PD Searching For Suspect Who Assaulted Amarillo Woman In Her Driveway

An Amarillo woman was injured after being struck in the head by a suspect in her driveway.
Just before 10 pm on Monday, a 48-year-old female was walking to her vehicle from her home in the 2700 block of Salem Drive and was met by a male suspect.
The male hit her in the head and stole the items in her car and left the scene.
The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male with a light-colored goatee, wearing dark clothing with a black hooded sweatshirt.
