Amarillo Woman Taken To Local Hospital After Being Struck By Vehicle

One person has been taken to a local hospital after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday morning.

Around 7:30 a mother was walking he children to school in the 2700 block of Royal Road when a vehicle hit her.

The Amarillo Police Department said the mother suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
