APD Reports Missing Boy Has Been Found Safe

UPDATE: APD reports that Dayton Cortez Moreno was found safe early Monday afternoon.

The Amarillo Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing child. According to the release:

Amarillo police need your help locating a missing boy. He is Dayton Cortez Moreno, HM 12/6/2013, 4 feet tall, 90lbs, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was Last seen  at his house in the 100 block of S. Milam last night at 8:30pm. He left to go to an unknown friend’s house at an unknown address. He was last seen wearing wearing black shorts, green/pink/purple Jordan’s. He’s riding a bright blue bmx bike.
