Borger PD Follow Up On Wal-Mart Threats

The Borger Police Department says they are aware of social media posts claiming a threat to Wal-Mart.

Police said that a Google search will show Wal-Marts across the U.S., and in some parts of Texas, have received threats recently and this not uncommon following an active shooter incident.

The Borger PD  added that there have been no threats made against the Borger Wal-Mart. However, patrols will be increased in the area to help citizens feel safer while shopping.
