Charges Brought Against Amarillo Man For Secretly Recording Women In Bathroom

An Amarillo man is facing charges, accused of secretly recording women in the bathroom.
19-year-old Jonathan Dale Holloway, is charged with three counts of invasive visual recording.
Court documents say Holloway hid a camera in a bathroom and “record(ed) a visual image” of at least two different women.
Police said two women were recorded on November 13, 2022.
One of the victims was recorded a second time on July 27, 2023.
No word on where the bathroom was located or when the camera was discovered.
Holloway was arrested Thursday. He was released Friday on a $200,000 bond.
Police said in both cases, Holloway confessed to an FBI agent.
