City Council Agenda: Public Hearings, Equipment Purchases & AEDC 24/25 Budget Presentation

A number of Public Hearings noted on Tuesday’s City Council agenda, most involving Public Improvement District (PID) assessments for area neighborhoods. A couple of rezoning items are also listed as public hearings.
The agenda also includes monies for equipment, the most expensive being a Front Loader Trash Truck at almost $416,500.
An amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and Transformation Park – removing the city’s financial and supportive services – is listed.
The Discussion Items again include an update on the AEDC and its financial assistance to The RANGE. That to be followed by the AEDC FY24/25 budget presentation.
That meeting begins at 3 p.m. Tuesday, room 302 of City Hall.
