A Lubbock District Judge has ruled in favor of Vista Bank in the Reagor Dyke Auto Group lawsuit on Monday, December 2.
The judge ordered that Bart Reagor will have to pay the bank $1,478,182.35; plus a post-default interest amount of $278,093.04 and $36,330 in attorney fees.
Vista Bank filed the civil lawsuit in March stating that Reagor personally defaulted on a loan because he signed a personal guarantee on the note.
