Father Charged For Using Meth Around 3 and 5 Year Old

A Potter County Grand Jury indicted Allan James Riley on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to court documents, his children’s hair tested positive for methamphetamine and “very high levels” of amphetamine in October after a Child Protective Services visit.

CPS took custody of the children ages 3 and 5 years old
