Honoring Those Who Served at the Texas Panhandle War Memorial Center

On Monday morning a Veterans Day Ceremony was held at the Texas Panhandle War Memorial Center.

Families and students of Amarillo Independent Shcool District gathered to honor those who served our great nation. 

The colors were presented by the Tascosa High School Navy Jr. ROTC. 

Congressman Mac Thornberry was also in attendance to give thanks and salute our veterans. 

The ceremony was concluded by a playing of “Taps”.
