Iwa Jima Flag Run in Palo Duro Canyon

Brothers-Sisters of our Military Adventures will host an Iwo Jima Flag Run on Saturday, October 12. 

The two-mile run will honor the five Marines and one Navy Corpman who raised the flag atop of the hill after the battle of Iwo Jima. 

The run will start at 9:00 a.m. in the parking lot of the play Texas in Palo Duro Canyon.  

Runners will run in teams of six and will cost $40 per person or $240 per team. 

All proceeds will go to benefit Panhandle Wounded Warriors.
