The board of directors of Family Support Services (FSS) is pleased to announce the selection of Kirk Daniels as the organization’s chief executive officer. Daniels begins official duties on March 4.

“The board is excited to welcome Kirk to the FSS team,” said Freida Toler, board president. “He has a deep passion for the advocacy and education services we provide in this community and a strong background in nonprofit development.”

Daniels most recently served as development director at the Don Harrington Discovery Center.

“I am beyond excited to join the team at Family Support Services of Amarillo,” Daniels said. “This agency has meant so much to me throughout my career working in domestic violence, victim advocacy, and in the nonprofit sector. I am extraordinarily aware of the magnitude and impact Family Support Services has on Amarillo and the surrounding area, and look forward to continuing to provide the high quality services, programs, and advocacy that FSS is known for.”
