Police Investigate Note Left On Vehicle

The Amarillo Police Department was made aware of at least two incidents where a post-it note stating, “Sorry for the Damage”, was left on a vehicle in the area of I-40 and Soncy. 

Neither of those vehicles had any damage located on them and a witness described two males in a small white truck as placing the note on one of the vehicles. 

After investigating Police located the suspects and determined the incidents were meant as a joke.

There is no danger related to these notes and no criminal acts have been committed.
