Potter County Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments For Indecency With a Child

A man has been indicted in Potter County on two counts of attempted indecency with a child sexual contact and one count of indecency with a child sexual contact.

52-year-old Elmar Faulk Nicely faces the indictment for three separate incidents involving the same minor that happened on June 1, 2011, Sept. 15, 2011, and Dec. 1, 2011.

In the June incident, Nicely is accused of reaching down a child under 17-years-old’s pants while laying bed.
