Potter County Hands Down Two Indictments

Two indictments have been handed down in Potter County for the aggravated sexual assault of two sisters.

 25-year-old Christopher Shawn Bertrand is facing those charges, which are first-degree felonies.

Bertrand is accused of sexually assaulting a child under six-years-old and her sister, who was under 14 at the time, on June 19th.

Each charge could get Bertrand five to 99 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $1,000.
