Potter County Man Indicted For Sexual Assault and Indecency With A Child.

A Potter County Grand Jury has indicted a man on 2 counts of Sexual Assault of a child and 2 counts of Indecency with a child.

45-year-old Gregory Allen Winborne was charged from an incident that happened on July 1st.

All 4 counts are second-degree felonies and for each charge faces two to 20 years in prison with a $10,000 fine.
