Randall Cnty Prosecutors Add Charges

Randall County prosecutors added another charge Monday against a man accused of causing a Fatal crash at Soncy Road and 45th Avenue on June 7.

Dawson Pemberton had been under conditions saying he could not have contact with Jodi Pemberton following a family violence charge last year.

Court documents do not specify the relationship between Dawson and Jodi, but the improper contact happened on June 12, the day police arrested Dawson for the crash.

He remains in the Randall County Jail facing a $450,000 bond for the crash and a $5,000 bond for violating the order.

Edwin Macias and Aaron Cervantez died in the crash and Alexander Rivera suffered serious injuries.
