In what was one of the most contested races locally Tuesday, Republican for 108th District Judge was anyone’s guess as the numbers started coming in.

Tim Pirtle ended the night with 29 percent of the vote. Sam Brown Silverman closed with 26% percent, and Joe Marr Wilson collected 25%. Pamela Sirmon finished with 20 percent.

The Potter County Elections Office confirms all official numbers will be released Tuesday, March 12, adding in this race, the top two vote getters will enter a runoff in late May.

If the numbers stay as they are now, that runoff would be between Tim Pirtle and Sam Brown Silverman.
