As Texas Tech University turned dirt on their new Vet School, local ag groups as well as city and state officials looked on. This is a historic occasion for Texas Tech University and Texas State Senator Kel Seliger spoke with Ag News Director, Shannon Gray, on what this school means for our ag community.
