Seth Altman is finally in custody three weeks after the search for him began after his alleged attempted murder of Memphis, Texas Police Chief Rex Plant. Altman was found and arrested in Fort Worth late Friday.

The Fort Worth Police Department says Altman was arrested without incident and booked into the Tarrant County Lon Evans Corrections Center. He is charged with attempted capital murder of a peace officer. Altman is being held pending extradition on a $1 million bond.
