Sorghum is a grain – widely grown in Texas – that is naturally gluten free, and is a healthy alternative to other grains or flours. And with it being fair time, The Sorghum Checkoff took the opportunity to educate fair-goers on how they can use sorghum in their kitchens at home.

From there, The Sorghum Checkoff held a Chef Summit to showcase sorghum in restaurant settings as well.
