Cole Underwood, the former Perryton High School coach and athletic director, was indicted Thursday for charges related to his involvement with an underage student.

The indictment includes charges of enticement, attempted enticement of a minor, and child pornography.

Records show Underwood used what is described as tools of interstate commerce (cell phone) to entice someone under the age of 18 to commit sexually-related activity. The records further suggest Underwood received at least one photo or video that involved someone underage engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

His trial is set for August 5.
