Woman Killed By Vehicle In Canyon

A man is facing charges for intoxication manslaughter after a woman was found struck and killed by a vehicle.
Monday, at 1:05 a.m., Canyon Police were sent to a vehicle crash involving a person in the 1900 block of 10th Avenue.
Officers learned 28-year-old Ulise DeLao struck 27-year-old Brittany Torres who was standing outside of the vehicle.
Torres was pronounced dead at the scene and DeLao has been arrested for intoxication manslaughter.
The crash is under investigation by the Canyon Police Department.
