WT Football Player Aydin Hoffman Murdered in San Antonio

West Texas A&M University’s Athletic Department has announced the passing of Aydin Hoffman.

The 19-year-old Buff’s football player was shot and killed in his home town of San Antonio on Monday at 12:30 a.m. 

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Aydin Hoffman during this tragic time,” said WT head football coach Hunter Hughes. “Aydin was a leader on and off the field and was loved and respected by his teammates.”

Hoffman’s murder is under investigation by the San Antonio Police Department.
