10 New Votes Added During the Mayor Race Recount Process

The City of Amarillo held a press conference Wednesday night to give the final results of the Mayor Recount Vote Process.
Ginger Nelson had 2 votes added to her total of 10,962 with Claudette Smith also gaining 2 votes for 5,877.
Michael Hunt gained 7 points to 3,073 with Carl Karas losing 1 vote for 372.
Mayor Nelson will take the Oath of Office at the next council Meeting May 25th.
