4 Injured After Wreck On US 287

4 people have been transported to a local hospital after a major wreck on US 287 east of Amarillo.
The Texas Department of Public Safety say that a pickup was traveling northbound Jack Rabbit Road.
The driver pulled out in front of a tractor semi-trailer traveling eastbound on US-287 and was T-boned by the truck tractor.
DPS said one person did have life threatening injuries.
Southbound U.S. 287 will remain closed until the scene is cleared.
