A.C.T. Fares To Increase Monday

For the first time in 25 years, the Amarillo City Transit will be raising their fare.

Starting Monday, October 21st, Adults will be paying $1 per one way trip and $2 unlimited trips per day. 

Reduced for Disabled, Seniors and Students (K-12) will now be 50 cents per one-way trip.

Reduced Fare Day Pass will be $1 unlimited trips per day.

And, monthly passes will be $30.

Transfers will no longer happen so passengers will need to purchase a day pass.

A reduced ID card must be presented to the operator to receive a reduced fare or day pass which is available from the bus operator.
