The Amarillo Area Foundation continues to provide relief to those affected by the wildfires.

The Foundation has given out 1.3 million dollars so far and that will continue to grow.

Although they cannot make contributions to individuals or families, they can award grants to non-profits, city, county partners churches, and more.

Foundation leaders say the Panhandle wildfires have drawn a lot of national attention, and donations have come from corporations, businesses, and even a lemonade stand in a faraway state

The foundation goes on to say it’s going to be a long recovery and donations are still going to be needed.
