46-year-old Cody Joe Stephens is wanted out of Randall County for bond forfeiture for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 / Over 1 Gram, Under 4.
Stephens is 6 foot 1, 230 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
