Amarillo Man Faces Two Sexual Offense Indictments

A Potter County grand jury has indicted an Amarillo man for three separate incidents.
The indictments were filed against Joseph Glenn Greer Jr, who is accused of indecency with a child sexual contact, aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14, and assault family violence.
According to the indictments the offenses allegedly occurred in December, June, and July.
In June Greer was accused of touching the genitals of a child under 17.
Greer was charged for sexually assaulting a child under 14 in July.
He was also charged for choking his then-girlfriend in December.
