Amarillo Man Indicted for Possession of Child Pornography

An Amarillo man has been indicted by a Potter County Grand Jury for possession of child pornography.
Forty-one-year-old Daniel Paul Harrison was arrested and charged for multiple offenses in August.
Harrison has already plead guilty for solicitation of a minor and assault on a peace officer. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison for those charges.
If convicted he will face an additional 10 years and a fine up to $10,000.
Harrison is still in the Potter County Jail.
