Amarillo Police Investigating Monday Night Homicide

Amarillo Police are investigating a homicide from Monday night.
APD says at 10:00 p.m. March 20th, officers heard shots fired near Southwest 2nd and South Tyler Streets.
Upon arrival, they found 38-year-old Leroy Wells, dead from a gunshot wound.
The Homicide Unit is looking into the incident and needs help with any information about the man’s death.
