APD Investigating Saturday Hit and Run

The Amarillo Police Department is investigating a hit and run that left 1 man dead Saturday morning.
Just before 3am Officers responded to the 500 block of North Pierce street to find a 27-year-old male that had been struck by a vehicle.
He was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The incident is being investigated by the Traffic Investigation Squad of the Amarillo Police Department.
