APD Responds to Barricaded Subject

The Amarillo Police Department is responding to a person barricaded inside a home in the area of Northeast 17th and North Grand Street.
Traffic on Northeast 17th has been closed due to the incident.
Citizens are asked to stay away from the area until the situation is resolved.
The APD Critical Incident Response Team has been called to the incident.
