Authorities Seeking Driver After Wreck In Claude

One person is dead after a crash 10 miles southwest of Claude.

At 2:25 the driver of a 2020 Hyundia Elantra was traveling southeast on US287 when they struck a concrete culvert.

The vehicle vaulted over and came to rest in a ditch on its side.

A passenger in the vehicle was pronounced deceased by Armstrong County Justice of the Peace.

Authorities are searching for the driver who left the scene of the wreck for questioning.
