BPD Identifies Hit-And-Run Victim

Deadly hit and run
Borger Police have identified the victim of a Friday morning hit-and-run.
54-year-old Angel Dawn Duncan was struck by a vehicle and left in the intersection of Maple and Elm Streets. Crews were called to the scene around 4:45 that morning and found Duncan unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
The Borger Police Department is asking anyone with information about this incident to contact them at 806-273-0950.
The BPD Traffic Unit, detectives and other officers are investigating this incident.
