Capitol Locked Down Due To Unspecified “Exerternal Security Threat”

(Washington, DC) — The U.S. Capitol is locked down due to an unspecified “external security threat.”
A Fox News reporter says a car crashed into a barrier on the Senate side of the Capitol campus.
No entry or exit is permitted at any location across the vast Capitol campus, including lawmaker office buildings.
The House are Senate are not in session this week, so the normal population at the Capitol is way down.
Security has been tightened since the deadly January 6th attack on the Capitol.
