Car Hauler and Pickup Crash Block Westbound Traffic in Randall County

Traffic west of Canyon was brought to a stop Monday morning after a car hauler collided with a pickup and rolled over.

At 7:00 a.m. the car hauler was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 60 when a pickup driving south on Farmed and Market Road 168 failed to yield right of way to the semi. 

The two vehicles made contact causing the car hauler to roll onto its side blocking all lanes of westbound traffic.

The driver of the pickup was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The crash is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
