Cattleman Cafe Shooting

A violent weekend in Amarillo ended with a shooting Monday morning at the Cattleman Cafe, wounding two men.

Police were called out about gunshots and possible victims at 3803 Amarillo Boulevard, East, at 2;23 a.m.

APD report when they came to the scene they found one of the victims in the parking lot, and while talking to him another victim realized he’d been shot also.

An argument between the two victims and the suspect had broken out, and the suspect broke out a firearm, shot, and left the scene before the police arrived.

Any information should be turned in to Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 374-4400.

CSI, Violent Crimes, and APD are all investigating.
