Charles Schwab Leaving Bay Area For Texas

Another California company is moving to Texas.
The Charles Schwab headquarters is relocating from San Francisco to Denton County, a suburb of Dallas. Schwab announced a 26-billion-dollar merger with TD Ameritrade in October.
The relocation of the combined company’s home office to North Texas was part of the merger’s deal. The relocation is effective January 1st.
