City of Amarillo New Years Eve and New Years Schedule

The City of Amarillo will be closed on New Year’s Day and open for regular hours on Thursday, January 2nd.

There will be no Amarillo City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 31st.

All library locations will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and closed on News Year’s Day.

Waste and Trash pick up for the week of New Year’s, residential service will operate as normal. Commercial service on New Year’s Day will be provided on Thursday, January 2 The landfill will be closed on New Year’s Day.

For Transit Services on New Year’s Eve will operate on a Saturday schedule with no bus service on New Year’s Day.
