59-year-old Jimmy Guillen has been indicted by a Curry County Grand Jury on charges of stemming for the September 3 fire that caused $42 million in damages in Clovis, NM,
Guillen was indicted on charges of arson, aggravated burglary with a deadly weapon, tampering with evidence, and felon possession with a firearm.
He is set to be arraigned in two weeks and faces 25 and a half years in prison if convicted on all counts,
