CoA Asking Residents To Stay In Their Vehicle Monday Before Vaccine Clinic Opens

Due to the winter weather currently impacting the Texas Panhandle, the City of Amarillo has announced the temporary closure of the Covid-19 Drive- Through Testing Center.
The City says recently, individuals have lined up as early as 6am for the Vaccination Center which opens at 9am and with the dangerously cold weather residents will not be allowed to stand in line.
Anyone wishing to arrive before the clinic opens will be asked to stay in their vehicle until the doors open at 8am
Anyone needing a Covid-19 test should contact their primary care physician, urgent care, or local emergency room.
