Coast To Coast Motorcycle Ride

Amarillo greeted the Coast X Coast Foundation Motorcycle Ride on Wednesday.

The Motorcycle Ride from the West Coast to Virginia pays tribute to U.S. Special Forces soldiers.

Forty motorcycles and families of fallen special forces met at Reed Beveridge in Amarillo, with Mayor Cole Stanley joining them.

Money raised from the ride will help soldiers and families with anything they need, and the Coast to Coast Foundation says they are focused on suicide prevention.

The motorcycle procession continues on Thursday, when they head to Dallas, ending the ride on September 9th at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
