Constitutional Amendment Propositions Passed

Here are some voting results from yesterday’s election on Constitutional Amendments.

Proposition 1, to protect the right to engage in farming, ranching, and timber production, passed 79 percent to 21 percent.

Proposition 2 passed 65 percent to 35 percent. Prop 2 allows cities and counties to lower property taxes.  

Proposition 8 dealt with broadband infrastructure to expand its access and financing its connectivity. Prop 8 passed 69 percent to 31 percent.
