Amarillo Crime Stoppers is looking for a wanted man.
31-year-old Edward Ray Palacios is wanted out of Randall County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Aggravated Kidnapping Terrorize.
Palacios is 5 foot 9, 193 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
