Crime Stoppers Shred It Day

Amarillo Crime Stoppers will be holding its 16th annual Shred It Day on April 15 from 10: a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event will be held at Document Shredding and Storage at 2727 Southwest 45 Avenue. Crime Stoppers and Student Crime Stoppers stress that this is the best way to protect yourself from identity theft and also recycle paper that would normally end up in the landfill.

The Shred It Day will take up to four bags or boxes for on-site destruction, and you can also make a donation to the local Crime Stoppers
