An Incident Critical Response happened in the 1000 block of Stuart Drive, this morning, at 7:13 a.m.
Amarillo Police were told that there was a man armed with a firearm inside and refused to come out.
The APD sent out its Critical Incidence response team.
The area from Southeast 10th and Stuart to Southeast 14th has been blocked off, and drivers are being advised to avoid the area until the situation is resolved.
